Newly formed Aware Productions is now accepting and reviewing headshots, resumes for an upcoming indie HD feature length.
We will do extensive rehearsal and will likely use cast for crew if you are interested in double duty on a big-hearted project.
There are multiple roles for males 16-25 including two starring roles for those who can play 17 (guys who make the girl's hearts flutter).
There are also several females 17-25 (5 of which should be of the best physical condition and appearance.
One male 30-50 will play a leading role as a mentor figure.

Working Title, Boys of the Wrecking Crew or simply Wrecking Crew, is a coming of age piece taking place in the summer of 1986. Several young door-to-door salesboys (and girls, if we get the right fit for a standout, gutsy female who can "hang" with the boys), do their senior summer before heading off to college or otherwise starting their young adult lives.
This is a juxtaposition comedy/tragedy (Think - "Dead Poet's Society" meets "American Pie".)
This film includes some violence, drug use, profanity, and brief nudity may be required as appropriate to the art.
This film was once packaged in Hollywood with brand name actors but funding fell through when the Exec. Producer died (really).
I am a 46 year old USC Trojan with a Masters from the Film School in Screenwriting and Producing. I may consider a uniquely talented director to take that task off my hands; otherwise I will be directing.
Great self-starter DP a must.

Many opportunities are available for entrepreneurial participation for above the line management and for key participants. Funding is established but limited.
SAG members will have to work as partners in order to get a waiver (if necessary).
Little or no experience necessary, but passion and personality is a must. The rest, we can teach!
